Life...

School is almost over! I have finished everything for my photoshop and photography classes! I still have my sign language final on Tuesday. I need to do some serious studying for that.

Hopefully will have time for that tomorrow! Today we are going to Suzanne's graduation. We are so proud of her! Still have to go get her a card.

I also have to go get my prescriptions from the pharmacy. It was an hour wait yesterday and we were already late going to Gary and Jean's for Newkirk Tacos. It was really great seeing everyone...especially Gail. Although, it would have been better if I wasn't in a bad mood.

My doctors appointment didn't go so well. Am now supposed to be taking my insulin twice a day. She also wants me to workout for 1/2 an hour five days a week. I dutifully got up and gave myself my shot...and I even dragged my butt onto the treadmill for 30 minutes. I think I might be able to keep this up. But I'm very bummed about it...the second shot...not the workout...

Can't wait for it to get warmer out. Have been asked to come swimming whenever I want at a friends condo. That counts as a workout and I love to swim.

Okay...off to the shower before I run my errands! Hope everyone has a great day!

Hmm...

A lot has happened since my last post. That afternoon my next door neighbors' house caught fire. We spent 1 1/2 hours evacuated from our house. I see the merit, now, of getting up and getting a shower in the morning and getting dressed. I was outside in the equivalent of my jammies. Oh, my.

Thankfully no one was hurt in the fire.

Now they are in the process of trying to fix the damage. I hope they can do it quickly...they hadn't even moved in yet.

Saturday was my Tupperware party. I now have such a mish mosh of pieces because of all the little freebies I got.

Yesterday I took my niece and two nephews to Disneyland so I could take a picture for my final photography project. By the time we got there and ate lunch my youngest nephew had a fever of 102.7. Poor little guy. So we came home. I talked Joe into buying him a shaved ice on his way home from work.
